Adam Milstein is the Managing Partner of Hager Pacific Properties. He is highly recognized for his success in the real estate industry. He originated from Israel where he was raised up to the age of 18 years. His father was a real estate developer while his mother was a housewife. At the age of 18 years, Adam Milstein left his home and joined the Israel Defense Forces, IDF.
He also participated in the Yom Kippur War after which he resigned from the IDF. He then married his lovely wife, Gila Milstein. Later on, Adam decided to move to the United States of America for higher education. After his resignation from IDF, Adam Milstein joined Technion University where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics.
On his arrival in the United States, Adam Milstein Joined the University of South California. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration. It was after his education that he decided to venture into real estate business. He had a dream of office white collar jobs, but he was discouraged while he was pursuing his higher education. During the recruitment sessions, Adam realized that his experience was not being appreciated as he used to be poorly rewarded. He was being paid less than his white colleagues. This was the time that he opted for a plan B. After extensive evaluation; he decided to try out real estate business. Real estate is one of the most feared business sectors by many investors. This is because it has many risks associated with it and there are high price fluctuations. However, Adam Milstein Never feared any of these aspects. He is a risk taker who believes in discipline and hard work.
Adam Milstein started serving as a real estate broker, sales agent. He did his best and managed to make significant savings. In the process, he realized that he could only exploit his potential working alone. Three years down the line, Adam decided to invest his savings. He started buying old and worn out commercial real estate premises. He then renovated and upgraded them after which he leased them out at a higher price. This gave him incredible returns such that he expanded his business and was made the Managing Partner of the Hager Pacific Properties.
